Our premium board ensures your horse gets everything they need for a comfortable and healthy stay. We offer 10 clean, 12×12 stalls, with 8 that open to all-weather run so horses can go outside in any weather. Horses get unlimited grass hay and daily turnout, either during the day or night, depending on the weather. Each turnout field is over an acre with gentle hills, three of which have run-in shelters. We use small group turnout for a safe, social environment. Horses receive a balanced forage diet, and we’ll give any owner-supplied supplements as needed. We also blanket or boot horses in winter and summer and apply fly spray provided by the owner. You’ll have full access to our facilities, including a 150 x 200 outdoor arena, a 90 x 150 lighted covered arena, and two hot/cold wash racks with heat lamps, and hack areas. We also have a washer and dryer, plus a heated and air-conditioned lounge, tack room, and feed room. Management lives on-site for your added peace of mind.

We prioritize clear communication, soft aids, and proper biomechanics, tailoring our approach to suit each horse’s unique strengths and needs. Whether starting young horses or advancing seasoned competitors, we take a progressive, horse-first approach that encourages trust and lasting results.
Rider education is equally important to us. We work closely with riders to improve feel, timing, and understanding, helping them build a deeper connection with their horses both in and out of the saddle.

Sales/Consignment
Our sales program includes everything needed to market your horse professionally and effectively. All marketing essentials, including professional photos, videos, and advertising fees are included in our sales board pricing. We handle scheduling for prospective buyers and pre-purchase exams (PPEs), making the sales process smooth and stress-free for owners. We regularly show all throughout USDF Region 3 giving your horse exposure to top-tier buyers.
Please note: all sales horses must have a full performance exam and updated radiographs of the back, neck, feet, and hocks from within the past year to be approved.
